So there you have it. At 4 weeks, I am noticing changes. I doubt it will take 8 weeks for other's to notice, but at 8 weeks, I'll let you guys be the judge.
And in 12 weeks, yes, we'll show the world. :)
I brought my juices to work with me and I am getting my energy back. Yes, Michele is getting her mojo back....it's cold and rainy, but I'm getting more sleep than I have been so it's all good.
Mantra of the day: DON'T QUIT.
